One night Pasta Cooking Class @ three TEN main

Taught by Chef Derek Gallegos

Monday or Tuesday, May 31^st or June 1^st, 6-8 p.m.

 

 

You will make:

 

Sweet pea & ricotta tortelli with brown butter,

pinenuts, asparagus & Parmigiano-Reggiano

Semolina farfalle with braised artichokes & fennel,

 leeks, white wine & cream

Potato gnocchi with

fresh tomato marinara sauce & Pecorino-Romano
